Dear Hope for Everyone family,

Who would have thought that less than a year into God’s call on us to be a part of reaching the next 3% of people (250,000) with the good news of Jesus in the Bay Area that we would see the tide turning the way we are experiencing it right now? In the midst of tumultuous times and scary headlines, God is showing Himself faithful, even to those who have never considered Him before. Thank you for being part of the team that said yes to helping bring hope to even more people in this season!

Here are a few things to celebrate from this season:

  • We have launched Alpha to create safe places for friends to explore faith.
  • We are building on great momentum with Kids and Students from this summer, with fun events and Parent Night Outs to provide an easier way to invite others in.
  • Plans are moving forward for permanent facilities in San Mateo and Mountain View.
  • We are launching a network of local churches called the Peninsula Church Network, where more than 80 churches will be a part of as we begin, with more than 800 churches connected throughout the Bay Area.
  • We have made major improvements and repairs at several campuses, and we have even more scheduled for the fall.

In Jeremiah 29, God invited His people not just to wait but to build, plant, and pray right where He had placed them. That is our invitation too. In a culture that often pushes us to move on quickly, God calls us to stay and invest so that our neighborhoods and communities can flourish with His hope.

I am so grateful for you and the ways you continue to show up in this season. Thank you for praying, serving, and giving as we live out our mission together.
