2026 Q1 Update

Black background with Hope for Everyone Text and Picture of Phil

Dear Menlo Church,

Thank you for your generosity and continued commitment to reaching the next 3% of the Bay Area with the good news of Jesus. You are one of the faithful men and women, individuals and families, who have said "yes" to being a part of what God is calling us to through the Hope for Everyone initiative.

Whether you are new or have been a part of this initiative since the beginning, I’m so grateful for your prayer, investment, and involvement, and these updates are our attempt to continue to demonstrate God’s faithfulness to the vision He’s given us.

I encourage you to watch this video update, to see the progress we've made, including:

  • Menlo Church Ministries: We just celebrated Christmas services and an amazing year of ministry. We launched Alpha, a conversational evangelism course, and have already baptized the first people who met Jesus at Menlo through it. We have restructured our NextGen ministry to more effectively care for kids and students.
  • Future Investments: We have installed our virtual teaching stages at San Mateo and Mountain View. We are actively negotiating for a permanent campus location in San Mateo. We have Request for Qualifications (RFQs) out for bids on necessary kids, student, and lobby space improvements at Menlo Park and Saratoga, with hopes to break ground this spring at Menlo Park.
  • Bay and Beyond: Our Peninsula Church Network has grown to more than 120 churches. We have given away more than $1 million to support church plants in 2025 alone. We are also creating a mental health network with dozens of providers to make it easier for our community to find quality support.

Your generosity has been instrumental in this work, and we are profoundly grateful that we had more than 200 new givers this year alone.

As we continue to press toward 100% participation and full financial commitment, my continued request is for you to stop and pray. Ask God to open the doors for the growth he wants to bring.

Thank you for your faithfulness and for being a critical part of what God is doing here at Menlo Church. God bless you.

Grace and peace,

Phil EuBank

Let's pray and commit to give however God leads us.

If we all invest in our future together, each of us responding in faith to what God asks us to do, the Hope for Everyone campaign will be a success by any measurement. When we combine our resources, the impact is multiplied exponentially.
