We invite everyone who has decided to follow Jesus to stand in the water with us and declare that Jesus is Lord and you are all in!
Baptism is the church’s proclamation that we are who we are because God chose us, loves us, and calls us into his kingdom. In Baptism, we participate in Jesus’s death and resurrection by dying to what separates us from God and by being raised to newness of life in Christ. It is an outward sign of God’s grace and of your personal faith in Jesus.

BABY DEDICATION AND BAPTISM
We are so glad that you are considering having your baby dedicated or baptized at Menlo Church. Baby dedication and baptism involve a commitment to be part of the spiritual community of Jesus.
The parent(s) are declaring that they are committed to following Jesus as part of a Christian community, to both grow in faith and pass along that faith to his or her child.
There is a required information class when we will talk over the theology of child dedication or baptism, the differences between the two, spiritual parenting, and the logistics of the actual moment.
