What’s it like to work at Menlo Church?

Working at Menlo Church is more than a job, it’s a calling. We’re a team of people who love Jesus, care about others and want to make a difference bringing hope to the Bay and beyond. Our staff culture is collaborative, encouraging and focused on growing both personally and spiritually as we serve together.

Do I have to be a member of the church to apply for an open position?

You don’t need to be attending Menlo Church to apply; however, we do look for candidates who have a personal relationship with Christ and are willing to make Menlo their church home once they join the staff.

How do I apply and what happens after I apply?

What qualities are you looking for in team members?

We look for team members who embody the three qualities.

  • Humble – You put the team first, value others’ contributions, and are open to feedback and growth.
