SARATOGA | CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING LUNCH WITH CITYTEAM
HELP FAMILIES CONNECT OVER A DELICIOUS MEAL
Be a part of a memorable Thanksgiving celebration at Menlo Saratoga with CityTeam Ministries. Help women reunite with their families by volunteering to host, provide food, or assist with cleanup.
HOST TEAM
- Volunteers are needed to set up the sanctuary for the meal, greet the guests when they arrive and serve food. Our goal is to make this event as warm and inviting as possible. Once our guests are served, volunteers are welcome to enjoy the good food with our guests!
FOOD/COOKING TEAM
- Volunteers are needed to provide homemade food for the Thanksgiving feast.
- Select one or multiple items that you can cook at home or purchase, and drop off at Menlo Saratoga on Saturday, November 14th.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions shortly before the day of the event.
CLEAN-UP TEAM
- Volunteers are needed to take down tables, rearrange the sanctuary and clean up the kitchen after the event.
If you have questions about this event, contact Liz Guy for more details.
