What is a Follower of the Way?
James grew up in the same house as Jesus. He ate at the same table, played in the same yard, and yet, he didn't believe. It wasn't until the Resurrection that the light turned on. This letter is the wisdom of a man who missed it the first time. It is practical, punchy, and urgent. James demands that our "belief" (data) moves into our "behavior" (life). In this series, we will walk through the book of James to uncover the four markers of a true apprentice of Jesus: Integrity, hospitality, wisdom, and humility.
